The first step is free, and it may end with us telling you not to spend.

  2. Written findingsYou get a written report with sources shown, whether or not you hire us.
  3. Fix the funnelTracking, listings, website and booking flow get fixed before any traffic is bought.
  4. Spend and measureWe start with a small budget in a tight area and scale up when the numbers justify it.

Pricing & terms

Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins. Ad spend is paid directly to Google by the client and is never marked up.

How we bill

We bill fixed fees for audits and projects, and a flat monthly retainer for ongoing management. Invoices are paid online by bank transfer (ACH) or card. Card payments carry a processing fee.

Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly retainer at any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts.

Refunds

If you cancel a fixed-fee project before work begins, we refund it in full. Once work has started, we refund the unused portion in proportion to the work completed. Fees for months of service already delivered are not refundable.
